Also known as Tinkers, these brightly dressed people travel through the land in search of "the song".  The name "Tuatha'an", in the old tongue means "The Travelling People".  They follow the wayof the leaf. In other words they will never do anything violent even if their life is on the line.  They are known for their ability to fix things as good, or sometimes better, than new.  They are one of the only group of people who are allowed to visit the Aiel Waste.
